We are looking for a Commercial Specialist – Igaming to join the Betnacional Casino team in Brazil.
In this role, you will play an important part in the development of our Casino offering, combining data analysis, commercial acumen, negotiation and supplier management. You will develop a deep understanding of the performance of our games and partners, identifying what works best in the Brazilian market and turning data and market trends into business opportunities.
You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, helping ensure that Betnacional secures competitive commercial terms, strategic partnerships and an increasingly relevant games portfolio for our customers.
Reporting to the Head of Games, you will work closely with different areas across the business, particularly Legal and Finance, supporting negotiations, contracts, payments and initiatives that contribute to the performance of our Casino business.
This role follows a hybrid working model, combining in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote working.
What you’ll do:
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, building strong partnerships and identifying commercial opportunities to drive Casino performance.
- Support and lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, seeking competitive terms and opportunities that create value for the business.
- Act as one of the main points of contact between suppliers and our internal and external Legal teams, supporting contract negotiations and execution while ensuring agreed SLAs are met.
- Work closely with the Head of Games to ensure negotiations and related documentation continue to progress, avoiding delays to our games roadmap.
- Regularly review existing commercial agreements, identifying opportunities to improve contracts, terms and commercial models.
- Partner with the Finance team to support supplier payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Analyse performance data across games, suppliers and the overall portfolio, turning data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Implement and continuously improve a game scoring matrix to support decisions that maximise the value and performance of our games portfolio.
- Develop processes, KPIs and tracking mechanisms to measure supplier performance.
- Monitor the market and competitors, identifying trends and opportunities to strengthen our Casino offering.
- Provide market insights and commercial recommendations to help improve product performance.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and optimise internal processes, particularly those related to supplier management, payments and documentation.

- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal interactions with international stakeholders, suppliers and partners.
We require a candidate who has achieved or is capable of the following:
- Experience or demonstrated capability in commercial analysis, negotiation and supplier or strategic partner management.
- The ability to use data and performance metrics to support commercial decision-making and identify opportunities.
- The ability to negotiate and manage commercial agreements and contracts, working closely with teams such as Legal and Finance.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams, negotiations and projects simultaneously, while maintaining strong organisation, quality and meeting deadlines.
- The ability to develop processes and tools to track performance and drive operational efficiency.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Knowledge of, or an interest in developing expertise in, the Casino/iGaming market, games, suppliers and Brazilian consumer behaviour.
- Experience with contracts or commercial negotiations within large e-commerce, technology, digital entertainment or similar businesses would be an advantage, but is not essential.
