About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to coordinate the execution and delivery across multiple programs for our government customers. This role will coordinate internal project teams, customer stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery, alignment with mission objectives, and long-term program success.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing programs in the government space, strong customer-facing communication skills, and the ability to balance technical, contractual, and operational priorities.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs for government customers using AtomEngine, ensuring commitments are met on time and with high quality
Serve as the primary point of coordination between Battle Road, government stakeholders, and external partners throughout the program lifecycle
Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, workflows, and success criteria, advocating for them in planning, execution, and delivery decisions
Translate customer needs into actionable delivery plans and product requirements, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and milestones
Own program execution by managing plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent efforts
Facilitate effective collaboration across engineering, product, customer success, and partner teams, maintaining alignment and momentum
Track, evaluate, and communicate program status, risks, and outcomes, leading regular reviews and ensuring transparency with all stakeholders
Travel frequently to customer sites and partner locations as required to support program delivery
What We Look For
5+ years experience managing programs or projects for U.S. federal government or defense customers
Prior experience working with or alongside software engineering and technical teams, particularly on complex or platform-based products
Experience coordinating work across multiple organizations or partner teams, including subcontractors or external vendors
Comfort operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments, where documentation, traceability, and auditability matter
Background in simulation, modeling, geospatial systems, or game-engine–adjacent technologies
Due to federal contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this position.

Active Secret or Top-Secret security clearance
