Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The Role
Legora is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to ignite and scale our global ecosystem. In this high-leverage role, you won't just train partners—you will architect the end-to-end learning engine that transforms global system integrators, tech partners, and hyperscalers into expert ambassadors of Legora’s legal AI platform.
You’ll stand at the intersection of complex legal engineering and world-class product adoption. By turning intricate platform capabilities into interactive workshops, scalable certification paths, and reusable playbooks, you will drastically shorten partner ramp times and unlock new co-selling potential. If you thrive on taking complex technology, translating it into dynamic learning experiences, and serving as the vital link between external ecosystems and internal product leaders, this is your chance to build a category-defining enablement engine from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end partner enablement across the ecosystem — Design, build, and deliver enablement programs for our partner verticals (GSIs, technology partners, and cloud & AI partners), ensuring each partner type reaches technical proficiency on the Legora platform, with content tailored to how that partner type works with us.
Build the certification program — Develop tiered certification paths and evaluation criteria mapped to each stage of the partner journey (onboarding through advanced), creating a repeatable path to "partner-ready" and shortening ramp time.
Deliver live enablement — Run workshops, technical deep dives, and scenario-based training (1:1 and 1:many) that translate Legora's platform and complex legal workflows into practical, partner-facing skills.
Build a reusable content library — Create and maintain playbooks, best-practice guides, and training assets that scale across partner types, rather than being rebuilt for each partner.
Act as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem — Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to keep enablement materials current with product releases and to represent partner needs internally.
Track and act on enablement metrics — Define and report on activation, certification completion, and readiness metrics; use the data to keep refining the program.
What You Bring
5–10 years of experience as a Partner Enablement Manager, Solutions Engineer, Legal Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Technical Partner Enablement Specialist.
Legal background strongly preferred: prior experience practicing law, working in legal ops, or serving in a legal engineering capacity.
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with a track record of teaching technical platform capabilities to external audiences.
Hands-on operational knowledge of agentic platform architecture, workflows, and technical applications.
Experience building enablement programs across more than one partner type (e.g., GSIs, ISV/technology partners, hyperscalers) is a plus.
Comfort defining and reporting on partner enablement metrics (activation, certification, time-to-competency) to guide program iteration.
Familiarity with partner portal / PRM tooling is a plus.
