І саме зараз команда в пошуку Product Designer (Growth & Monetization), який буде відповідати за весь дизайн-цикл на напрямах, що безпосередньо впливають на LTV: онбординг і механіки утримання, in-app discovery, upsell-сценарії, cancel & win-back флоу, in-app монетизація.
Співпраця буде у щільній зв'язці з Product Manager та Growth-командою, гіпотезами, проєктуваннями та перевіркою рішень через A/B-тести та швидке прототипування.
Ключові задачі:
Проєктувати та ітерувати підписочні флоу та upsell-сценарії
Розробляти онбординг, який веде користувача до першого "aha-moment"
Працювати з retention-механіками: in-app комунікація, re-engagement
Аналізувати продуктові метрики та дані A/B-тестів, формулювати гіпотези
Збирати швидкі прототипи та проводити юзабіліті тестування
Самостійно вести задачі від ідеї до релізу та подальшого аналізу результатів
Що нам важливо:
5+ років досвіду в Product Design, з фокусом на consumer mobile apps
Портфоліо з кейсами Growth / Monetization (paywall, onboarding, upsell, retention, win-back)
Експерт-рівень у Figma і Figma Make: auto-layout, компоненти, швидке прототипування
Розуміння продуктових метрик (CR, LTV, churn), вміння читати дані A/B-тестів і працювати з продуктовою аналітикою
Самостійність: вмієш і хочеш вести задачу від формулювання проблеми до дослідження, пошуку рішень і релізу продукту, без мікроменеджменту
Активно використовуєш АІ інструменти в своїй роботі, цікавишся автоматизацією
Upper Intermediate+ рівень англійської
Буде плюсом:
Досвід роботи з AI продуктами або персоналізацією
Розуміння fashion/lifestyle-ніші як користувача чи дизайнера
Досвід з UX research
Досвід побудови або розвитку дизайн системи з нуля
Досвід автоматизації дизайн процесів за допомогою АІ інструментів
