Als Werkstudent:in Sales (w/m/d) bist du maßgeblich daran beteiligt, neue Marktpotenziale im DACH-Raum zu erschließen und qualifizierte Kontakte zu Entscheider:innen aufzubauen. Das wirst Du tun:

  • Lead-Aktivierung & Outreach: Unser klarer Fokus im Daily Business liegt auf dem telefonischen Outreach. Du sprichst gezielt Unternehmen an, die bereits in unserem CRM-System erfasst sind, nutzt aber parallel auch E-Mail und LinkedIn, um Entscheider:innen optimal zu erreichen. Dein Ziel ist die Erstqualifizierung und die Vereinbarung von Terminen für unsere Account Executives.

  • CRM- & Datenpflege: Du hältst unsere Datenbasis in HubSpot sauber, strukturierst Leads und stellst sicher, dass die Vertriebspipeline fehlerfrei dokumentiert ist.

  • Konzeptionelle Mitgestaltung: Du unterstützt das Sales-Team primär im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei der Lead-Generierung. Dabei bist du eng in unsere Prozesse eingebunden und gibst dein direktes Feedback aus der Praxis weiter, um uns bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Gesprächsleitfäden zu unterstützen.

  • Vertriebs-Sparring & Training: Du nimmst regelmäßig an internen Sales-Trainings sowie Coachings teil, tauschst dich im Team aus und entwickelst deine Kommunikationsskills kontinuierlich weiter. Nach der Einarbeitung arbeitest du eigenverantwortlich im Remote-Setup.
