Worum geht´s?

Als Enterprise Account Executive (m/w/d) – Data & AI in unserer Data & AI Area bist du der Treiber, um unsere technologische Expertise im Bereich Machine Learning und Generative AI in echte Kundenprojekte zu übersetzen.

Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem Lead Data & Ai. Das bedeutet für dich: Keine festgefahrenen Strukturen, sondern echter Gestaltungsspielraum mit dem klaren Ziel, den Bereich signifikant auszubauen. Wir suchen jemanden, der eine echte Business-Development-Mentalität mitbringt und sich in der Arbeit im Home Office eigenverantwortlich organisiert. Du verkaufst hier keine Standard-Lizenzen, sondern begleitest Kunden im gehobenen Mittelstand und Enterprise-Segment als Trusted Advisor bei komplexen Cloud- und Datenprojekten.

Das wirst Du tun:

  • Pipeline-Entwicklung & Lead-Aktivierung: Du steuerst den gesamten Sales Cycle eigenverantwortlich nach vorne. Basis dafür sind datengestützte CRM-Analysen, um vorhandene, warme Leads aus dem PCG-Ökosystem gezielt zu aktivieren (keine harte Kaltakquise).

  • Vertrieb unseres Data & AI Portfolios: Du begleitest Kunden strategisch bei ihrer Transformation. Du verkaufst unsere Enabling Workshops zur Use-Case-Identifikation, den Aufbau modularer Architektur-Fundamente (AI Foundation inkl. Daten-Management, Security und FinOps) sowie vorkonstruierte Lighthouse Use Cases.

  • Maturity Assessments & Value Selling: Du analysierst über strukturierte Maturity Assessments die Ist-Situation beim Kunden, um darauf nachhaltige Lösungen, Managed Services sowie passende Change- & Adoption-Konzepte aufzusetzen.

  • Deal-Optimierung & Partnermanagement: Wir beraten agnostisch. Du nutzt dein Gespür für Cloud-Subventionen, Incentives und die Programme der großen Hyperscaler, um Deals kommerziell optimal zu strukturieren.

  • GTM-Strategie: Du bringst deine Markt-Insights direkt ein und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Go-to-Market-Strategie mit.

Das wünschen wir uns von dir:

  • Erfahrung im Enterprise IT-Sales: Du bringst fundierte Vertriebserfahrung im Cloud-, Daten- oder komplexen IT-Umfeld mit und weißt, wie man langfristiges Vertrauen auf C-Level aufbaut.

  • Technologisches Verständnis: Du musst kein Engineer sein, aber du verstehst moderne Cloud-Infrastrukturen und Datenarchitekturen so gut, dass du komplexe Lösungen sicher zum Kunden bringen kannst. Die Ökosysteme der drei großen Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) sind dir vertraut; SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.

  • Macher-Mentalität & AI-Begeisterung: Du brennst für das Thema AI, bringst eine hohe persönliche Lernbereitschaft mit und hast einfach Lust, mit Menschen zu arbeiten und ein neues Team aktiv mit aufzubauen.

  • Kommunikations- und Pitch-Stärke: Du kannst technologische Konzepte in echten Business Value übersetzen. Da unsere Delivery-Projekte und Termine teilweise international sind, pitchst du absolut sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

  • Managed Services Know-how: Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Managed Services und der Begleitung nachhaltiger IT-Implementierungen.

  • Teamfähigkeit und Drive: Du überzeugst mit Ergebnisorientierung und der Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unserem diversen Team.
