The Growth team drives user and revenue growth across ChatGPT’s consumer and business segments as well as other OpenAI products worldwide. We operate across the full funnel - from awareness and acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion - using a combination of global performance marketing, AI-powered workflows, in-product optimization, insights, experimentation, and creative ops engineering.
About the Role
We are hiring a B2B Enterprise Paid Marketing leader to build and scale global demand generation across channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging channels. This leader will define channel strategy for complex enterprise buying journeys, connect paid media to account-based marketing (ABM) programs, and own performance from target-account engagement through pipeline and revenue.
You will partner closely with Sales, GTM, field marketing, product marketing, marketing operations, data science, finance, design, and product to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated campaigns. This team combines rigorous measurement with close sales alignment, rapid experimentation, and a deep understanding of buying committees, long sales cycles, and regional enterprise needs.
In this role, you will:
Own global paid channel strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and other channels for enterprise audiences, including planning, forecasting, budget pacing, audience design, and performance management.
Build and scale ABM programs across priority accounts and segments, coordinating paid media with sales outreach, field marketing, executive engagement, events, and lifecycle programs.
Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to align investment with account priorities, territories, pipeline goals, and product or solution plays.
Optimize performance across the enterprise funnel, from account engagement and qualified demand through opportunities, pipeline, and revenue, with clear attribution and incrementality frameworks.
Develop audience and messaging strategies for buying committees, industries, company sizes, use cases, and stages of the enterprise purchase journey.
Create a closed-loop operating rhythm with Sales and Marketing Operations that turns account-level signals, pipeline quality, and win/loss feedback into channel decisions.
Design experiments and scalable playbooks across markets while accounting for regional sales motions, localization needs, privacy constraints, and platform nuances.
Build AI-enabled creative, targeting, reporting, and optimization workflows that increase speed and personalization while maintaining quality and control.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
10+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing experience, including meaningful ownership of enterprise programs.
6+ years of deep, hands-on experience leading paid marketing across channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate, at both an operational and strategic level.
A strong track record building and scaling enterprise ABM programs that generate measurable account engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue.
Experience partnering closely with Sales, GTM, field marketing, product marketing, and marketing operations to plan and execute integrated campaigns.
Deep understanding of complex B2B buying journeys, buying committees, long sales cycles, account segmentation, and sales-assisted conversion.
Experience connecting media and account signals across CRM, marketing automation, intent, attribution, and BI systems to guide investment decisions.
Strong analytical and experimentation skills, including incrementality, attribution tradeoffs, pipeline measurement, and translating analysis into action.
Experience scaling enterprise marketing across international markets with thoughtful localization and alignment to regional sales motions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, a test-and-learn mindset, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments and adopting AI-enabled workflows.
