In partnership with a leading architecture and construction firm, we're looking for a part-time Permit Coordinator to enhance project efficiency and predictability in the permitting process.

Our platform dramatically reduces approval times and improves forecasting accuracy, ensuring that project teams can move seamlessly from planning to opening without delays.
### Responsibilities:
1. **Assist Project Teams:** Provide expert guidance on permitting processes within various jurisdictions.
2. **Streamline Processes:** Reduce the time required for obtaining permits by utilizing AI-powered tools.
3. **Forecast Accuracy:** Improve forecasting accuracy and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
4. **Collaborate with Stakeholders:** Work closely with architects, builders, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
### Qualifications:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** 1-2 years of experience in permitting or construction management.
- **Skills:**
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
