仕事内容|What You Will Do
日本市場の主要SNS(X、Instagram、YouTube、LINEなど)のコンテンツ企画・運用を担当し、ブランド認知度とユーザーエンゲージメントを向上させる。
Manage content planning and operation for major social media platforms in Japan (X, Instagram, YouTube, LINE, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.高いロイヤルティを持つユーザーコミュニティを構築・維持し、ユーザー間の交流とブランド口コミの拡散を促進する。
Build and maintain a highly engaged user community to encourage interaction and organic word-of-mouth promotion.ユーザー交流会や新機能説明会など、オンライン・オフラインのイベントを企画・実施し、ユーザーの参加意欲とブランド信頼を深める。
Plan and execute online and offline user events — such as meetups and feature introduction sessions — to strengthen user participation and brand trust.
応募資格・経験|Skills, Qualifications and Experience
日本市場でのソーシャルメディアまたはコミュニティ運営経験が2年以上ある方。
2+ years of experience in social media or community operations, preferably in Japan.X、Instagram、LINE、YouTubeなど、日本主要SNSプラットフォームの運営ノウハウに精通している方。
Strong familiarity with Japanese social media platforms (X, Instagram, LINE, YouTube, etc.).優れた日本語の文章力およびコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方。英語ができる方は尚可。
Excellent Japanese writing and communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.オンライン/オフラインのユーザーイベントを自ら企画・実行した経験をお持ちの方。
