About the Role
We are seeking for a dynamic and detailed‑oriented Talent Acquisition professional to strengthen our Operations team and contribute to building a world‑class organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and engaging outstanding talent across research, engineering, product, digital marketing, and operations — ensuring that every hire reflects H Company’s culture and values.
You will oversee the entire recruitment journey, from role definition and sourcing to interviews and onboarding. Beyond execution, you will shape and optimize hiring processes to guarantee a seamless candidate experience, while providing strategic guidance to senior leadership on talent priorities. With strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for excellence, you will take responsibility for elevating the recruitment function and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑growing, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Build a bold, global talent attraction strategy to identify, engage, and secure top‑tier profiles aligned with H Company’s ambitions.
Partner closely with managers to anticipate strategic needs, define high‑impact roles, and set recruitment priorities.
Craft compelling, differentiated job descriptions that reflect H Company’s culture of excellence and innovation, and ensure visibility on the most relevant international platforms.
Guide managers in rigorous candidate evaluation and decisive hiring.
Negotiate competitive offers and drive closing with precision and speed.
Full Recruitment Cycle & Processes
Own the recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end, ensuring a seamless and world‑class experience.
Source elite talent across engineering, research, operations, and business — including rare, high‑demand profiles.
Lead all interview stages with structured, data‑driven methods to assess skills and potential.
Design, document, and continuously optimize recruitment processes for speed, quality, and consistency at scale.
Act as a strategic partner to managers, coaching them on best practices to evaluate and attract high‑level candidates.
Employer Branding
Position H Company as a global reference point for top talent by representing the brand with candidates, universities, tech communities, and at international events.
Launch impactful initiatives to strengthen employer brand: thought‑leadership content, high‑visibility partnerships, and flagship events.
Deliver an exceptional candidate journey from first contact to signature, ensuring professionalism, warmth, and long‑term engagement.
Who you are
You are a sharp and driven Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in fast‑paced, innovative environments. Strategic yet hands‑on, you combine operational rigor with the instinct to spot and secure exceptional talent.
You bring 8 - 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally recruiting across tech, engineering, or deeptech roles.
You have strong expertise in advanced sourcing, talent hunting, and structured interview methodologies.
You had experience in scale up managing and using automation to manage heavy work load (Not afraid to do >20 Interviews/week)
You are comfortable recruiting for demanding, international, and fast‑growing contexts, adapting quickly to evolving needs.
You combine excellent communication and interpersonal skills with credibility when engaging top‑tier candidates.
You are autonomous, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong delivery mindset that ensures results.
You are fully fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
