What you will do
Shape the vision and roadmap for next-generation AI-native smart hardware, turning bold ideas into real experiences.
Dive deep into user needs, emerging trends, and global behaviors to craft products that delight and empower people.
Partner with cross-functional teams — AI, design, firmware, app, and manufacturing — to bring concepts to life seamlessly.

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, industrial design, computer science, or related fields.
5+ years of product management experience in wearable devices, consumer electronics, or AI hardware.
Strong understanding of hardware product development process including concept design, prototyping, EVT/DVT/PVT, and mass production.
Familiarity with AI application scenarios in wearable devices (e.g., voice interaction, sensors, low-power computing, edge AI).
Possesses a global perspective and is familiar with the work environments, habits, aesthetics, and purchasing behaviors of international business professionals, particularly regarding smart hardware products.
Experience with AI-driven consumer products or wearables.
Deep understanding of global office professionals' work habits, aesthetics, and smart device usage.
Exposure to industrial design, sensors, or embedded AI systems.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide product decisions.
Passion for innovation, design, and creating products that people truly love.
Solid experience in hardware product development, from concept to mass production
Good understanding of system-level design (electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing)
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, suppliers, and cost control
Knowledge of hardware validation, quality, and reliability
Ability to work closely with engineering teams and make technical trade-off decisions
Basic awareness of regulatory and certification requirements (e.g. FCC, CE, PTCRB)
Strong ownership and leadership for hardware products
Effective cross-functional communication with engineering, operations, and business teams
Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good decision-making skills in fast-paced, uncertain environments
Strong problem-solving mindset and resilience
Ability to align teams and drive execution toward common goals
