Role Overview
The Mid Market Sales Manager is the founding leader of Harvey's Mid-Market sales team in Singapore, responsible for building and scaling the region's commercial sales presence from the ground up. This person joins the Commercial Sales organization under Harvey's global mid-market leadership and will own the full cycle of hiring, enabling, and managing a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market law firms and corporate legal departments across the APAC region. The role drives Harvey's geographic expansion strategy by establishing a repeatable sales motion, building pipeline, and closing deals in a high-growth market. They will partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Legal Engineering, and Solutions Architecture to deliver a world-class buyer experience in a new region. What You'll Do
Build Harvey's Mid-Market sales team in Singapore from zero — recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of high-performing Account Executives
Develop and iterate on a regional sales motion and playbook tailored to APAC mid-market buyers, including territory planning, pipeline generation strategy, and deal execution frameworks
Directly manage and coach AEs on deal strategy, qualification, negotiation, and close — operating as a player-coach in early stages
Own forecasting, pipeline management, and quarterly planning for the APAC Mid-Market segment
Partner with cross-functional teams — Customer Success, Legal Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Marketing — to establish Harvey's go-to-market foundation in the region
Represent the voice of the APAC mid-market customer internally, informing product roadmap and regional strategy
What You Have
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years in a front-line sales management role, ideally within legal technology, enterprise software, or a high-growth startup
Demonstrated track record of building or significantly scaling a sales team in a new market or segment
Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments — comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating rapidly
Proven coaching and performance management skills, with the ability to develop individual contributors and hold them accountable to high standards
Deep familiarity with the APAC legal or professional services market, including buyer personas, procurement dynamics, and regional nuances
Analytical mindset with strong business sense — able to think strategically about territory design, segmentation, and go-to-market priorities
