What you will do
Own the commercial performance and growth strategy for Plaud's EMEA distribution and retail business, driving revenue, profitability, sell-in, and sell-out across multiple markets. Drive successful regional execution of new product launches, pricing strategies, channel marketing programs, merchandising standards, and retail excellence initiatives to maximize market impact.
Build executive relationships with key distributors, retailers, and strategic partners across EMEA, leading annual business planning, commercial negotiations, promotional strategies, and joint growth initiatives.
Monitor business performance through revenue, sell-in, sell-out, inventory, distribution coverage, channel profitability, and retail OKRs, translating data into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.
Partner closely with Marketing, GTM, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams. Own regional sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
Lead and coach a team of regional Channel Sales Managers, setting clear goals, driving execution excellence, and fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
Skills, qualifications and experience we look for
Bachelor's degree or above. 5-8 years of experience in channel sales, key account management, retail sales, or business development, preferably within consumer electronics, AI products, smart devices, premium consumer technology, or fast-growing hardware brands.
Proven success managing regional retail and distribution businesses across multiple EMEA markets, with experience owning revenue targets and commercial performance.
Demonstrated communication, negotiation, and partnerships capability. Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret revenue, sell-in, sell-out, inventory, pricing, retail KPIs, and market trends to drive business decisions.
Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching regional sales teams, with strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Based in London with flexibility to travel regularly throughout the region.
Fluent English is required. Plus additional European languages (such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian). Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity, business analysis, planning, and communication.
