Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit Drive, die den Digital Workplace der Zukunft gestaltet: Werde Teil unseres Wachstums als Senior Google Workspace Engineer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

  • Architektur-Leadership & Strategie: Du übernimmst die technische Gesamtverantwortung für Google Workspace Architekturen unserer Großkunden, von der End-to-End Konzeption über das High-Level-Design robuster, skalierbarer Lösungen bis zur strategischen Integration in bestehende komplexe IT-Landschaften.

  • Führung des technischen Anforderungsmanagements: Als zentrale technische Schnittstelle übersetzt du komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen in präzise technische Spezifikationen und steuerst das Engineering-Team bei der Umsetzung.

  • Zukunftsgestaltung durch KI: Du treibst die Integration und Implementierung von Google Gemini und anderen generativen KI-Lösungen in die Digital Workplace Strategie unserer Kunden voran, um messbare Produktivitätsvorteile zu realisieren.

  • Change-Vision & Adoption-Strategie: In Zusammenarbeit mit den Engineers entwickelst und leitest Du Change- und Adoption-Programme auf strategischer Ebene, um die kulturelle und prozessuale Transformation bei unseren Kunden erfolgreich zu verankern und die maximale Wertschöpfung aus Google Workspace sicherzustellen.

  • Enablement auf Expertenebene: Du konzipierst und hältst hochspezialisierte Trainings und Workshops für IT-Teams und Enterprise-Anwender, um tiefes technisches Wissen zu vermitteln und unsere Kunden zu befähigen.

  • Ökosystem-Innovation: Du agierst als Vordenker, beobachtest aktiv die neuesten Trends im Google Workspace Ökosystem und bringst proaktiv innovative Konzepte ein, die unsere Kunden und unsere interne Fachexpertise voranbringen.
