What should you know about SKELAR? It's a venture builder — in other words, a company that builds companies. Together with founders, we create consumer businesses that become leaders in global markets across EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and beyond.
Our teams build tech products that win recognition from Product Hunt and The Webby Awards, earn thousands of glowing Trustpilot reviews, and reach over 10 million users worldwide. That kind of impact doesn't happen by accident — it starts with exceptional people, and our people are our top priority.
We've built an environment where expertise meets opportunity, and where there's no ceiling on what you can achieve. Now we're looking for the kind of people who don't just want a job — they want a challenge.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer for our partner company, Duomo.
Duomo is an app rooted in Christian values, helping people turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace. We’re building a leading church-tech product for people seeking spiritual renewal.
To achieve this ambitious goal, we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who will fully own the user experience of Duomo and actively shape how the product evolves. You’ll lay the foundation of Duomo’s design function with real responsibility, influence, and trust, and a clear path to building and leading the team over time.
What you’ll be responsible for
You will own the entire design lifecycle of the product:
Lead design from early discovery and hypothesis formation through UX flows, UI, prototyping, and handoff to development.
Translate product requirements into clear UX flows, user stories, UI screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
Formulate and test hypotheses related to user behavior, engagement, conversion, and retention.
Improve existing interfaces using analytics, user feedback, usability testing, and experiment results.
Conduct UX/UI audits to identify usability, accessibility, and clarity issues across the product.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure designs are feasible, intentional, and measurable.
This role is perfect for you if:
You have strong product thinking and care deeply about why something is built, not just how it looks.
You want to shape design processes and set high standards, not just execute tasks.
You’re energized by ownership and comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer on B2C / mobile products with a portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong understanding of usability, user flows, and responsive/adaptive design.
Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries).
Ability to structure ambiguity: current state → user pain → hypothesis → future state.
Experience working with product metrics and using them to improve UX.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketing specialists.
Why Duomo?
Design has real impact here — on people’s peace, habits, and spiritual life.
You’ll have full ownership of design decisions, not a narrow execution role.
You’ll work on a meaningful product with a clear mission and strong values.
You’ll influence the transition from a content app to a connected spiritual platform.
What we offer:
Competitive salary;
Significant impact on a rapidly growing business and contribution to how it shapes up;
Ample career opportunities for ambitious growth and development;
A possibility to attend internal, external courses, seminars and the access to a corporate library;
Comfortable working environment. We provide all necessary work equipment for your role and serve complimentary breakfasts, lunches, and snacks in the office;
20 days of paid vacation, medical insurance and a variety of sports activities available for employees inside and outside the office.
Let's build the next #1 Church Tech company together!
