Role Overview
As a Mid Market Sales Manager at Harvey, you will build and lead our founding Mid Market sales pod in Mexico City, helping establish Harvey's presence across Mexico. You'll lead and coach high-performing Account Executives in driving the growth and adoption of our AI platform within midsized and boutique law firms, as well as in-house legal teams.
As one of our earliest sales leaders in the region, you'll play a critical role in building the team, shaping our culture, and defining how Harvey scales in Mexico. You'll be responsible for delivering ambitious sales targets while remaining hands-on with customers, coaching your team through complex deals, and helping establish the playbooks, operating rhythms, and best practices that will serve as the foundation for future growth.
Success in this role requires someone who can move seamlessly between local and global teams, building strong relationships with customers and cross-functional partners across both Mexico and the United States. We're looking for a builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating structure from scratch, and is excited by the opportunity to launch and scale a new market.
What You'll Do
Build, lead, and develop Harvey's founding Mid Market sales pod in Mexico City, creating a high-performing, collaborative team culture from the ground up.
Lead a team of consultative, solution-based Mid Market Account Executives to achieve ARR targets through both net new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities.
Own forecasting, pipeline management, and overall business performance for your region.
Partner closely with Recruiting to hire and onboard exceptional talent as the Mexico team continues to grow.
Coach and develop Mid Market Account Executives through every stage of the sales cycle, helping them grow their careers while consistently raising the performance bar.
Help establish and refine Harvey's Mid Market sales playbook, adapting global best practices to the needs of the Mexico market.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Legal Engineers, Product, and Sales Leadership to build scalable sales processes and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You Have
7+ years of technology sales experience, including 2+ years of people management experience leading and coaching high-performing sales teams.
Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to coach teams and build executive relationships in both languages.
Experience operating in an early-stage or high-growth environment where you've helped build teams, processes, or new markets.
Strong understanding of the Mexican business landscape and experience selling into or leading teams serving customers across Mexico.
Proven track record of selling complex software solutions using a consultative, value-based sales methodology.
Strong forecasting, operational rigor, and pipeline management skills.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Passion for mentoring Account Executives, refining sales processes, and building a high-performing, collaborative sales culture.
Demonstrated passion for Harvey's mission and excitement about helping establish our long-term presence in Mexico.
