If you’re an infusion nurse who’s burned out on hospital pace, rotating schedules, or high patient ratios, this role is intentionally different.
We are seeking an RN to join our outpatient neurology infusion center in Salt Lake where the focus is on thoughtful patient care, manageable patient volume, and a predictable weekday schedule. This is a structured, low-volume clinical environment designed to support both patients and nurses.

Clinical Environment
This is not a high-throughput infusion center. The clinic is intentionally structured for safe staffing and sustainable workloads.
Approximately 7–9 infusion patients per day across the clinic
Specialty neurology infusion therapies
Infusion appointments ranging from approximately 1–5 hours
What You’ll Do
Start IVs and administer specialty infusion therapies
Monitor patients during treatment and respond appropriately to infusion reactions
Manage care across 2–3 infusion chairs simultaneously
Provide patient education and support throughout treatment
Collaborate closely with providers, clinical staff, and infusion leadership
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infusion safety protocols
Help support efficient, patient-centered infusion workflows as the program grows
Training & Support
Even experienced infusion nurses receive structured onboarding and support.
Training includes:
3 days of virtual infusion training
7 days of in-clinic shadowing with experienced infusion staff
Gradual transition into independent patient care responsibilities
Clinical support from experienced infusion nurses and leadership
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted RN license
Strong IV skills required
Prior infusion, oncology, ED, ICU, or high-IV-volume experience preferred
Ability to work independently within a collaborative outpatient team
Strong patient communication and clinical judgment skills
