Role Overview:
We're growing our Canadian Public Sector Delivery team and hiring Public Sector Delivery Analysts to help run some of the most consequential AI deployments in the country. You'll work alongside our Engineering Program Managers (EPMs), Technical Leads, and senior leadership to keep large, multi-stakeholder government programs organized, documented, and moving.
This is a hands-on delivery role for individuals who want exposure to enterprise AI and high-stakes program delivery while taking pride in making complex programs run smoothly. As a member of our small, senior team, you'll deliver sovereign AI to the Government of Canada, engage directly with clients from day one on a clear path toward leading engagements, and learn how frontier AI products are deployed in real, high-security environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive things to closure. Partner with the EPM and Technical Leads to track actions, dependencies, and blockers across Cohere and client teams making sure nothing slips.
Show up in front of the client. Prepare and coordinate client sessions, capture outcomes, and progressively lead working-level sessions such as use-case and story refinement.
Run the cadence. Own the meeting and reporting rhythm including agendas, scheduling, minutes, and follow-ups so every forum lands on time with clear next steps.
Own the delivery artefacts. Build and maintain the plans, status reports, RAID logs, decision records, use-case registers, and traceability documentation that keep our engagements audit-ready and our clients confident.
Keep the record straight. Maintain a single source of truth for program documentation in our public sector document management environment.
Qualifications:
1–4 years of experience in technology or management consulting, professional services, or an in-house technical delivery team.
Delivery discipline. You've run RAID, action, and decision logs, refined user stories, maintained project plans on real projects and kept them accurate and clear.
Client presence. You can lead a working session in front of a client, read the room, and know what to say and what to hold.
Strong written communication. You think through the message before you build the slide. Advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Technical fluency. You're comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and releases. You can talk with engineers and report back accurately.
Follow-through. You close items without a second reminder and know what to escalate and when.
