Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The Role
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale digital campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue across targeted accounts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll plan and launch campaigns across a wide range of paid and digital channels — from LinkedIn, Meta, Google to podcast sponsorships, newsletters, and niche media — with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
You'll be part of our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, and will collaborate closely with the marketing and growth team, including product marketing, content, and design, to create highly tailored, multi-touch campaigns that reach our ICP.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage targeted digital campaigns to land new prospects to learn and try Legora products
Use AI tools to speed up campaign work, creative variants, ad copy, audience/account research, and reporting, rather than doing everything manually
Launch cross-channel campaigns across media channels, podcast ads, legal newsletters, and other emerging platforms
Develop ABM strategies that align with sales priorities, targeting key account lists and segments
Create tailored messaging and assets in collaboration with content and design
Run A/B tests on creative, messaging, and channel mix to continuously improve performance
Monitor funnel performance across campaigns, with clear visibility into CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
Own budget planning and spend pacing, ensuring every dollar drives measurable outcomes
Report on results and optimize based on channel attribution, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration
Stay on top of new trends in digital advertising, legal tech, and B2B buyer behavior
What You Bring
5+ years of digital performance marketing experience, with a strong track record in B2B and ABM
Deep experience running multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta and emerging media
Hands-on ownership of paid campaign management and performance tracking tools
Experience collaborating with sales and BDR teams to align marketing with ABM programs
Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Dreamdata & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Analytical, curious, and eager to experiment with messaging and targeting strategies
Strong communicator with a bias for execution and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
AI-forward: comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, AI-powered ad and creative platforms) to move faster on targeting, creative testing, and reporting, not just running channels manually
