Role Overview
Harvey is seeking an Integrations Engineer, Enterprise Systems to build and maintain the integrations that connect our core business systems. You will design, implement, test, and monitor workflows across systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and iPaaS platforms, with a focus on data quality, operational reliability, and business impact. You will partner closely with Finance Systems, GTM Systems, People Ops, RevOps, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into durable technical solutions. You should be comfortable working hands-on with APIs, scripts, data transformations, error handling, and integration monitoring while communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical partners. This is the third Integrations Engineer hire, and you will work closely with Sriharsha Gurram, the Lead Integrations Engineer, to develop the foundations and architecture of the integrations function.
This is a builder role for someone who enjoys making business-critical systems more reliable, scalable, and understandable. The ideal candidate has enough technical depth to debug integration failures and write scripts, enough systems judgment to avoid creating long-term tech debt, and enough stakeholder empathy to help teams make tradeoffs when speed, accuracy, and scalability compete.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and related business applications.
Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL-style syncs that help GTM, Finance, People Ops, and other teams operate from trusted data.
Translate business requirements into integration designs, data mappings, and implementation plans that are scalable, observable, and maintainable.
Troubleshoot data sync issues, schema mismatches, API failures, and workflow exceptions across multiple systems.
Implement strong error handling, logging, alerting, validation, rollback, and documentation practices for business-critical workflows.
Partner with Finance Systems and GTM Systems stakeholders on Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, order management, billing, and reporting workflows.
Partner with People Ops and IT stakeholders on employee lifecycle and identity-adjacent workflows where enterprise systems need accurate, automated data movement.
Document integration designs, dependencies, runbooks, and operational procedures so the team can scale beyond heroics and single-owner knowledge.
Support integration platform standards for API usage, data modeling, monitoring, and production readiness under the guidance of the Lead Integration Engineer or hiring manager.
What You Have
You have 3–5+ years of experience in integration engineering, software engineering, business systems engineering, or a related backend systems role.
You have hands-on experience working within an iPaaS platform (e.g. Workato) to build or maintain integrations across enterprise SaaS systems, ideally including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Ashby, Marketo, Snowflake, or comparable platforms.
You understand modern API patterns and authentication concepts, including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, SCIM, and related integration standards.
You can write scripts in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language to handle transformations, validation, orchestration, or automation logic.
You have strong troubleshooting instincts and can work systematically through logs, data mismatches, failed syncs, and edge cases.
You know how to communicate tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and can push back when a requested solution would create fragility, governance issues, or unnecessary tech debt.
You are comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where requirements may be ambiguous, priorities may shift, and systems may still be maturing.
You have a bias toward pragmatic execution, but you also care about building repeatable patterns, documentation, and operational safeguards.
Bonus Points
Experience with reverse ETL concepts and data warehousing workflows is a plus.
Familiarity with Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, order management, billing, revenue recognition, or ERP workflows is a plus.
Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, legal tech, enterprise AI, or other environments with complex cross-functional systems is a plus.
Exposure to identity lifecycle, provisioning, or access-related integrations is useful but not required.
Compensation
$133,500 - $200,300 USD
