Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The Role
You'll own a portfolio of Legora's consulting and SI partner relationships across Europe, working closely with their alliance leads, practice heads, and delivery teams, and with Legora's own sales and engagement teams, to turn those relationships into successful client outcomes.
We're building this program from the ground up in Europe — there's no inherited playbook here. You'll be one of the founding members of Legora's partnerships team on the ground, helping shape how we go to market with consulting partners in the region, what we ask of them, and what we give them in return. You'll work alongside the Director of Consulting Alliances and the broader partnerships team in New York, and closely with Sales, Engagement Management, and Legal Engineers in Europe.
What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of consulting and SI partners across Europe, from practice leads through to alliance stakeholders.
Map account and pipeline opportunities with partners, and get deals moving through co-sell and co-working motions with Legora's European sales team.
Get embedded with Legora's sales and customer teams so you understand the product well enough to demo it and speak to it credibly with partners.
Keep partner teams enabled and current as Legora's product evolves.
Identify issues in the partnership and team up with the Director to work through them.
Help shape the partnership model — what services partners provide, what Legora provides — working with the Director and internal teams.
Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, and bring partner and market feedback back into Legora.
What You Bring
Experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development at a SaaS or AI company. This means actual pipeline built, deals closed, and partner relationships that held up over time.
Firsthand experience with how consulting firms or SIs operate: how they make decisions and team with technology partners. We're looking for people who've been close to the strategy and delivery side of these relationships, not primarily an admin or coordination role within a large firm.
Comfort building a partner program rather than inheriting one. This means you're fine when the structure doesn't exist yet.
Good commercial judgment: you can work through multi-party deal complexity and know when to push and when to step back.
Ability to run multiple things at once (relationship, pipeline, enablement) across several partners simultaneously.
Strong communication across levels, from partner leadership to field teams.
Comfort with a product that ships fast — you'll stay current and help your partners do the same.
Willingness to travel to support partner relationships and joint customer work across Europe.
Nice to have:
Background in legal tech, professional services, or experience selling into law firms or in-house legal teams.
Familiarity with AI products and how to position them to buyers who are cautious about risk and care a lot about accuracy — this doesn't need to come from having worked at an AI company specifically; being a genuine, curious user of AI products counts.
Experience as an early hire on a partner team that scaled.
