We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution in our most strategic markets.
This is a unique opportunity to define how a European AI leader is positioned, understood, and adopted by businesses.
The role
As Head of Marketing, you will own the regional marketing strategy, working closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Global Marketing teams to accelerate brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer adoption.
You will be responsible for building a strong market presence, creating demand among enterprise decision-makers, and positioning H Company as a trusted partner for organizations embracing the next era of AI.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute, build the narrative, create impactful campaigns, engage communities, and turn market opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
Your responsibilities
Define and execute H Company’s regional marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives
Build and strengthen H Company’s brand presence across the AI and enterprise ecosystem
Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for regional customers
Supervize demand generation programs across digital, events, content, partnerships, and account-based marketing
Partner closely with Sales to accelerate pipeline creation and enterprise opportunities
Build relationships with key stakeholders: executives, technology leaders, partners, media, and industry communities
Lead impactful events, thought leadership initiatives, and market activations
Develop customer stories and case studies that demonstrate real AI transformation
Bring market insights back to Product and Global Marketing teams
What we’re looking for
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, or enterprise software
Proven experience leading marketing strategy in France or a European market
Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and technology adoption
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives
Experience building brands in fast-growing companies or high-growth environments
Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact and pipeline contribution
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable creating structure, moving fast, and owning outcomes
Bonus points
Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or developer ecosystems
Experience marketing to large enterprises and C-level audiences
Existing network within the French technology and business ecosystem
Experience scaling a company from early growth to market leadership
