Experience developing topic-based and structured content, with an understanding of information architecture principles and content organization, writing for a global audience by default
Exceptional proficiency in written English for documentation that is accurate, concise, and flows logically
Detail-oriented, systematic, and investigative writing process, with the ability to learn complex technical products quickly from subject matter experts and translate them into audience-relevant documentation
Proficient in XML or HTML authoring tools such as Flare or oXygen (Madcap Flare experience a plus), with basic knowledge of photography and image editing software (Photoshop, GIMP, Illustrator, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
