Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
The role
This is a founding role for a brand-new advisory offering: and you'll be its face. When a firm rolls out Legora, the technology is only half the battle; the rest is people, habits and culture. We're launching a premium advisory engagement to own that half, and you'll help build it and deliver it in front of clients.
You'll represent Legora externally to some of the most prestigious law firms in the world, standing up champion networks inside each firm, where their most influential users trade real use cases, ROI stories and deployment approaches. You'll design the education around them, including, learning tracks, webinars, adoption toolkits and role-based enablement. And you'll do the change management work that turning frontier legal AI into simple, repeatable habits, helping firms measure what's working, and clearing the roadblocks that stall adoption.
What you'll do:
Be the external face of Legora's champion and adoption advisory work
Help shape a brand-new offering from the ground up: its methodology, its deliverables, its commercial substance, and the playbooks that let it scale to more firms
Build and run champion networks inside client firms, recruiting, onboarding and energising internal champions across practice groups, and connecting them into a wider Legora community
Grow exclusive peer communities where firm leaders and change-makers share use cases, ROI stories and deployment playbooks
Design scalable education e.g. learning tracks, webinars, adoption toolkits and role-based enablement guides
Create content and stories that travel e.g. champion spotlights, use cases and campaigns that make adoption spread on its own
Use real usage data to aim your effort: see who's thriving, who's stuck and who's at risk, and step in accordingly
Bring what you learn on the ground back to product and delivery, and turn it into repeatable assets every future engagement inherits
What you bring:
A track record building communities or champion/advocacy programs people love in community, customer education, customer success/advocacy, field enablement, advisory or similar
Experience with AI products in professional-services / enterprise environments, or a client-facing advisory background
The executive presence and credibility to be Legora's face in front of senior professionals (you needn't be a lawyer, but you can earn their trust)
The entrepreneurial instinct to build a new offering
Genuine warmth and taste. You can read a room, tell a good story, and know what will land
Fluency with the tools that make communities and learning run e.g. data analytics and community/learning platforms
A bias to action and high ownership. You move things forward without being asked
Comfort travelling to client sites and working in person
