І саме зараз команда в пошуку Product Designer в core зону продукту, де спеціаліст(ка) буде відповідати за якість основного продуктового досвіду — від першого знайомства з продуктом та AI-фічами до щоденного використання.

Ключові задачі:

  • Проєктувати та розвивати ключові UX-флоу: AI-рекомендації, аутфіти, wardrobe management

  • Вести product discovery: проводити user research та usability testing, формулювати інсайти, перетворювати їх на дизайн-рішення

  • Розробляти нові фічі від концепту до релізу у щільній зв'язці з PM та розробниками

  • Підтримувати консистентність продуктового досвіду через роботу з дизайн системою

  • Брати участь у визначенні продуктового напряму — твій голос важливий на етапі стратегії

Що нам важливо:

  • 5+ років досвіду в Product Design, з фокусом на consumer mobile apps

  • Сильне портфоліо з кейсами, де видно весь цикл: research → концепт → реліз → результат (фокус на product value та user engagement)

  • Експерт-рівень у Figma і Figma Make : auto-layout, компоненти, швидке прототипування

  • Розуміння продуктових метрик (CR, LTV, churn), вміння працювати з продуктовою аналітикою

  • Самостійність: вмієш і хочеш вести задачу від формулювання проблеми до дослідження, пошуку рішень і релізу продукту, без мікроменеджменту

  • Активно використовуєш АІ інструменти в своїй роботі, цікавишся автоматизацією

  • Upper Intermediate+ рівень англійської
