100 ptsAbout Savvy Wealth:
Wealth management is a $545 billion industry in the US, yet remains archaic and inefficient with low technology penetration. 75% of financial advisors don’t offer digital communication beyond email, and 62% still build financial plans manually in Excel. This leads to a poor client experience and results in financial advisors spending over 70% of their time on non-client facing, manual work.
Savvy is changing that. We’re building the most advisor-centric platform in wealth management: a digital-first solution that modernizes human financial advice. Advisors who partner with Savvy tap into AI-powered software, automated sales and marketing, and seamless back office workflows to scale faster and spend more time with clients.
We’ve raised over $105M to date from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Canvas Ventures, Mark Casady (former LPL Financial CEO), and other top-tier investors. Our team is made up of repeat founders and operators who’ve helped build Airbnb, Square, Brex, Carta, Facebook, $200B+ RIAs, and more.
Savvy is at a pivotal point in its growth trajectory, having established strong product-market fit in providing a modern platform to financial advisors. We’ve surpassed $5.1 billion in AUM in less than three years, grown 600%+ in the last 18 months, and are entering the next phase of the company which involves rapid expansion of our product offering and continued revenue growth. Come help us scale!
The Role:
As a Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end journey that defines how advisors and clients understand, engage with, and feel about their financial lives. You'll design the interfaces and interactions that make wealth management feel intuitive, transparent, and personal, turning complex financial data into moments of clarity and confidence.
This is a high-impact role where we’re looking for someone with a high slope. You will co-lead complex initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through execution, while collaborating closely with other design partners and stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and advisors.
How you’ll make an impact:
Design complex end-to-end experiences
Partner with Senior Product Designers and Product Management and own major initiatives from research and discovery through high-fidelity execution and launch
Design across multiple user types (advisors, clients, operations) and ensure solutions account for downstream workflows and service realities.
Optimize for the service, not just the surface — designing with operational clarity, advisor workflows, and client communication in mind.
Bring human signals into the product
Design high-trust experiences for sensitive financial moments such as onboarding, account transfers, and money movement.
Apply and evolve design patterns thoughtfully
Leverage Savvy’s design system and established interaction patterns to create cohesive experiences.
Actively incorporate AI tools into your workflow to accelerate exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, and iteration.
Research and discovery
Conduct user research with financial advisors and internal stakeholders using appropriate methods (i.e user interviews, surveys, card sorting, etc).
Translate research insights into clear product recommendations and design decisions.
Embrace and evolve our culture
Contribute to a culture of thoughtful critique, high standards, and low ego collaboration.
Provide constructive feedback to peers and cross-functional partners, helping maintain a strong culture of ownership and accountability.
Model curiosity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
We’re excited about you because:
Must Have
You have 2-5 years of experience in product design, preferably in a fast-paced B2C startup environment.
You have experience designing complex systems working shoulder-to-shoulder with other teams
You have excellent problem-solving skills, and can prioritize tasks effectively with strong attention to detail.
You pride yourself in strong interaction design or brand skills
You're a skilled communicator with the ability to absorb and distill complexity and drive decision-making.
You love backing your work with research, knowing that research pays dividends in translating insights into product decisions
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are a naturally curious, proactive self-starter who is constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and solutions.
You’re excited about integrating AI tools into your design workflow and building AI-powered product experiences
You are a team player who’s invested in shaping the future of wealth management
