Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.
We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.
We grow together: as a team and with our customers.
Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.
If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.
What you'll do
Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a box. It's part legal operations, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part trusted advisor. If you're looking for a role that stays static, this isn't it.
Your mission is to help some of the world's leading law firms and in-house legal teams get the absolute most out of Legora. You'll partner with clients to understand how they work today, help them rethink how legal work gets done with AI, and ensure they realise lasting value from the platform.
You'll:
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships, solving complex challenges, and identifying opportunities to deepen and scale their use of Legora.
Own the legal workstream throughout the customer journey alongside Customer Success, from early pilots and onboarding through to firm-wide adoption across major law firms and corporate legal teams.
Design practical solutions to complex Real Estate workflows, helping clients embed Legora into their day-to-day practice in ways that deliver measurable impact.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops and training that help legal professionals understand the full potential of the platform.
Guide clients through one of the biggest shifts in legal practice, helping them evaluate the practical application and business value of generative AI across Real Estate work.
Act as the voice of the customer within Legora, bringing frontline insights into product development, roadmap priorities and strategic decisions.
Build scalable playbooks, best practices and knowledge resources that help us continually improve how we deliver for customers as we grow globally.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure customer feedback translates into meaningful product improvements.
What you'll bring
You're a lawyer who enjoys improving the way legal work gets done. You understand the realities of Real Estate practice and are excited by the opportunity to combine legal expertise with technology to solve meaningful customer problems.
We're looking for someone who has:
Qualified as a lawyer with experience in Real Estate gained at a leading law firm or in-house legal team.
A strong understanding of Real Estate legal workflows and the challenges facing modern legal teams.
Curiosity about technology and AI, with an enthusiasm for learning how products are built and implemented.
The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently with lawyers, product managers and engineers alike.
Strong problem-solving skills and the judgement to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
The ability to build credibility quickly and develop trusted relationships with senior legal professionals.
A proactive, self-directed approach, balancing multiple customer engagements while maintaining a high bar for quality.
A bias for action—you enjoy experimenting, learning quickly and continuously improving how work gets done.
