About the Role
We are a VC-backed AI startup looking for a rock-star developer to join the engineering team.
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in building and scaling modern applications with a deep proficiency in the latest AI development tools and deep understanding of how LLMs and AI work. This role is ideal for a self-driven engineer who thrives on ownership, is passionate about building products from the ground up, and cares deeply about quality, security, performance, and user experience.
As a member of our early engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying tools and features across our tech stack, while ensuring the solutions are secure, scalable, and automated end-to-end.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in bringing innovative AI-powered products to life.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (front-end, back-end, databases, APIs, cloud services).
Leverage modern AI development tools to integrate intelligence and automation into the products we build.
Drive projects end-to-end with autonomy, taking full ownership of deliverables.
Ensure best practices in development methodology, testing, CI/CD, and code quality are followed.
Build, test, and deploy production-ready systems with security, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with design teams to deliver clean, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences.
Continuously optimize architecture and processes for efficiency, automation, and reliability.
Qualifications
Deep expertise with AI development tools and frameworks.
Strong experience delivering production-grade applications with robust processes and best practices.
Proven ability to work independently, with ownership and accountability.
Experience taking products live, including deployment, monitoring, and post-launch optimization.
Keen eye for security, performance optimization, scalability, and automation at all stages.
Technical Skills
Back-End: Python, database design (SQL/NoSQL), REST API development.
Front-End: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, React or similar frameworks.
Cloud & DevOps: AWS (preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code.
Dev Tools: Be able to get the best out of Claude code / OpenAI codex, etc.
AI ML Tools: Agentic AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, etc.
UI/UX: Strong sense of aesthetics and usability; ability to implement clean, user-centric designs.
Experience with microservices or event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of data engineering pipelines.
Nice-to-Have
Building customer-facing applications that visualize social media metrics, engagement trends, or content performance across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, or TikTok.
Integrating third-party APIs to surface real-time analytics, sentiment scores, or audience insights.
Developing AI-powered tools that enhance customer service workflows—such as chatbots, auto-reply systems, or intelligent routing based on user behavior.
Collaborating with product and design teams to translate complex data into intuitive dashboards or interactive UI components.
Working with NLP, recommendation engines, or automation frameworks to personalize user experiences or streamline support operations.
