The role
As an AI Engineer & Platform Support Lead, you will help us scale AI adoption across the business on a small set of sanctioned platforms. You will be the day-to-day owner of our enterprise AI workspace and support the tools our teams rely on. You will also build and own the custom integrations, agents, and Slackbots that make those tools useful to business teams.
Your day-to-day:
- Be the go-to support owner for our AI platforms (Langdock, Gemini, and internal tools), from onboarding and troubleshooting to vendor escalations.
- Monitor platform health and adoption, and keep runbooks and documentation current.
- Build custom integrations, Slackbots, and agents that connect our AI tools to internal content and workflows.
- Make sure what you build is reliable in production, with monitoring and evaluation built in.
- Manage incoming AI use-case requests: scope, prioritize, and route each one to the right tool, and keep stakeholders updated along the way.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on AI engineering: building LLM-powered applications, agents, and
RAG/knowledge-base systems; comfort with prompt design, tool/function calling, and
API integration.
- Power user of Claude Code (or equivalent agentic coding tools) for real, shipped work —
not just experimentation.
- Strong general engineering: Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, working
with cloud services and webhooks.
- Experience building and operating Slack apps/bots (Slack API, event subscriptions, bot
deployment).
- Excellent project management and communication — able to be the calm, organized
front door for users while also going deep technically.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize a mixed queue (support + build), and
document as you go.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
How the process works
- Apply and upload your resume.
- We review your profile and add it to our talent database.
- We reach out for an interview to learn about your experience and share more about what we're looking for.
- When a role opens that fits, we contact you to start the process. Because we already know you, it moves faster.
- No intermediaries. You deal with us directly.
