**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**
We’re looking for a highly strategic, proactive Senior Recruiter to support hiring across multiple lines of business at Syndigo. This role is focused on building strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders, driving proactive talent strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across North America and EMEA.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping how we attract and hire top talent, bringing a consultative mindset, strong sourcing expertise, and a high level of ownership to every search.
HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY:
- Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership, leading intake conversations, hiring strategy, and talent planning discussions
- Provide market insights, talent trends, and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions
- Drive alignment on role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes
- Proactive Sourcing & Talent Strategy
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across North America and EMEA
- Develop diverse, high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Leverage multiple channels including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Excellence
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and disciplines (sales, marketing, engineering, product, etc.), ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Lead structured candidate evaluations and guide hiring teams through effective decision-making processes
- Partner closely with HRBPs, compensation, and leadership throughout the offer process
- Candidate Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience aligned with Syndigo’s brand and values
- Ensure timely communication, feedback, and transparency at every stage of the process
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Syndigo in the market
- Process Improvement & Proactive Execution
- Operate with a high level of ownership and urgency, anticipating hiring needs and removing roadblocks
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and speed
- Maintain accurate reporting and ATS data to support pipeline visibility and decision-making
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU:
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience recruiting GTM roles
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and pipeline development across multiple regions
- Experience supporting hiring across North America and/or EMEA
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
- Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions (GTM, Product, Marketing, G&A)
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and regional nuances across EMEA
- Experience contributing to recruiting strategy, process design, or TA initiatives
- Exposure to employer branding or talent marketing efforts
- Must be able to work in the Chicago office 2x per week
