As a Partner Success Manager at Matic, you will develop, lead, and deliver the growth strategy for an assigned book of business made up of both large and small client partnerships. Your mission is to strengthen our partnerships in order to foster mutually beneficial revenue growth. This position sits within the Partner Services team and collaborates cross-functionally with all internal and external departments, including marketing, product, customer service, sales, and engineering to ensure partner success.
Ideal candidates have the proven ability to drive action and partnership growth, leveraging industry experience to optimize partnerships and relationships, utilize domain expertise to advise, consult, lead, and teach when appropriate, research and analyze data to extract actionable insights, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to execute the tasks and tactics to get you there.
Responsibilities
Relationship & Strategy Management
- Build trusted relationships with partners at all levels (including C-suite).
- Develop long-term strategies and workflows to drive product adoption.
- Manage expectations, address concerns proactively, and turn obstacles into consultative opportunities.
Performance & Data Analysis
- Drive partner growth by analyzing data to extract actionable insights.
- Provide reporting and performance updates to leadership.
- Use data to inform decision-making for both internal teams and external partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Partner across internal teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) to ensure consistent performance.
- Identify risks and drive accountability.
- Proactively streamline interactions through process improvements and standardization of tools and templates.
- Maintain product knowledge to brief partners on updates
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise partnership or alliance management experience
- Proven success in partnership management and growth
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise partners
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).
