**This is a remote role for candidates located in Poland only**

The Services Specialist is a detail-focused, operational role responsible for capturing, maintaining, and validating product master data within the GDSN data pool. This position supports high volume data maintenance and customer requests, ensures data accuracy and correct billing, and handles structured administrative tasks in close coordination with internal systems and processes.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Responsible for accurate and consistent product data entry and maintenance within the GDSN, following defined rules and standards.  
  • Handling high volumes of structured customer orders for a defined customer portfolio within the GDSN data pool.
  • Managing individual customer communication in German via email and occasional calls, focused on data updates and clarifications.  
  • Ensuring correct billing of services provided according to the defined pricing structures.
  • Maintaining high data quality standards for customer master data in CRM systems like Salesforce. 
  • Contributing to defined operational projects and gradually building deep expertise in GDSN and internal data maintenance requirements. 
  • Performing general administrative and commercial tasks.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, data operations, master data maintenance, or back-office administration. GDSN experience is a plus but not required.  
  • German language: Full professional proficiency is non‑negotiable. All customer communication, systems, and documentation are in German.
  • Completed a commercial or administrative apprenticeship/degree, or career change with relevant operational experience.  
  • Ability to learn complex systems and apply rules consistently.
  • Comfort working with structured systems and rule-based processes.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing administration or operational roles.

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
