Our IT department plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our daily operations. Therefore, we are looking for a driven IT Officer to support our IT Team to be the driving force of our day-to-day IT operations.
Position Overview:
As the IT Officer for Europe (locations in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland) you’ll report to our European CFO with a close collaboration with our IT Infrastructure Manager. You are responsible for the daily follow-up of IT activities and working closely with the IT Support Team. You are the point of contact for IT-related issues and ensure that technical problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you actively contribute to improving our IT processes.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Daily follow-up of IT activities and monitoring service levels.
- Coordinating and resolving technical problems and incidents.
- Analyzing recurring issues and implementing structural improvements.
- Drafting and following up on IT processes and procedures.
- Aligning with the IT Support Team and ensuring optimal collaboration.
- Following and working within the ISO27000 framework.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A first experience is preferred.
- Experience with a multiple-site and hybrid environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability and stress resistance.
- Technical knowledge of:
- Azure/Entra
- Windows Server
- Linux
- VMWare ESX
- Network: TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wifi
- Windows 10 + Windows 11
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
