This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Partnership Manager on our Channel Partnerships team.
As a Senior Partnership Manager at Remote, you‘ll be developing and guiding our strategy across various partner verticals to increase pipeline generation through key segments. You‘ll scale existing verticals and explore whole new motions to grow our pipeline generation and build strategic relationships for long term plays.
What you bring
- Prior experience in partnerships at HR Tech and/or Payroll related companies
- Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude Code and proven track record of automating processes and application building independently
- Great judgment making both strategic (what to prioritize) and execution. This is a first line operating role.
- Demonstrable, self-driven results that have moved a product in the right direction
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, including across different departments (e.g. business operations, sales, finance, rev-ops etc.) to ensure that we’re satisfying critical business requirements
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Bonus: Experience working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own Remote’s global referral partner motion, with responsibility for the performance and growth of hundreds of high-impact referral partners.
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, onboard, and manage referral partnerships across ALL channel partner verticals such as accounting, tax, VC, PE, legal, HR, payroll, broker, finance,, recruiting, and advisory ecosystems.
- Define and execute a clear referral partner strategy, including partner segmentation, incentives, enablement, and engagement models.
- Act as the internal executive sponsor for key referral partners, owning the relationship from acquisition through activation, growth, and long-term retention.
- Design scalable programs to drive consistent, high-quality referrals, including revenue share structures, co-selling motions, and lifecycle management.
- Maintain deep product and market knowledge across Remote’s solutions to identify use cases and referral triggers relevant to each partner type.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, and Support to ensure referral partners are effectively enabled and operationally successful.
- Partner with Marketing to build referral-focused campaigns, co-branded assets, landing pages, and content that drive partner awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Build and nurture a strong referral partner community where best practices, success stories, and performance insights are shared.
- Develop reporting and insights to track referral performance, pipeline influence, revenue impact, and partner ROI.
- Continuously optimize referral programs based on data, partner feedback, and evolving market needs.
- Represent Remote at industry events, partner events, and community forums, and travel periodically to engage with top-performing partners in person.
