As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end revenue recognition and partner economics function, with a focus on building and automating processes from the ground up. This high-ownership role will report directly to the Global Corporate Controller and will involve working at the intersection of technical accounting, data infrastructure, and commercial partnership.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Director of Revenue Accounting will include designing and building an automated invoicing and revenue accounting cycle in NetSuite, liaising with the data warehouse team to reconcile source data and drive corrections, and owning the full invoicing cycle across all partner arrangements. The role will also involve interpreting and accounting for complex deal structures, ensuring accurate revenue recognition under ASC 606, and maintaining the AR subledger. The ideal candidate will be proficient in advanced SQL and able to independently pull, validate, and reconcile large transactional datasets.
