In this senior-level role, you will lead hands-on, highly complex implementations focused on Adobe GenStudio for Performance Marketing. This position operates strategically at the intersection of AI-driven marketing (GenAI), product engineering, and the business strategy of enterprise clients. The scope involves end-to-end engagement management (from pilots to rollouts), platform onboarding, and designing adoption playbooks integrated into existing campaign processes. You will act as the voice of the field, translating real use cases into technical requirements to guide the product roadmap. This role requires a strong consulting vision, mastery of Change Management, and technical familiarity with the Adobe ecosystem and modern digital marketing stacks.
What you will do:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of engagements with strategic customers for Adobe GenStudio (pilots, rollouts, and early scale).

Orchestrate platform onboarding and activation activities, including foundational marketing setup (brands, products, personas) and template conversion.

Build and execute adoption programs, training plans, and embedded coaching aimed at creative and performance marketing teams.

Work with data and marketing teams to identify high-value use cases and translate them into practical solutions within GenStudio.

Design execution playbooks and workflows aligned with the client's existing campaign processes and tech stack.

Act as the field's voice, capturing structured feedback on feature gaps, usability, and AI performance to guide the roadmap alongside Product and Engineering.

Lead executive sessions and manage program health, tracking adoption metrics, campaign performance, and risk mitigation through a Mutual Action Plan (MAP).
What we expect from you:

Proven experience of 5 to 8+ years in engagement management, consulting, or program management for enterprise SaaS, digital marketing, or martech.

Strong understanding of performance marketing (paid social, display, email) and mastery of key conversion metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

Hands-on experience with generative AI tools applied to marketing (creative generation, variation testing, and personalization).

Familiarity with Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, XD), and modern digital marketing stacks (CDPs, DAMs, and media platforms).

Excellent consulting skills, comfortable presenting C-level updates and translating business language into engineering/product requirements.

Proven track record in Change Management and driving tool adoption programs within marketing or sales organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Fluent corporate English (mandatory for daily collaboration with global teams).

Fluent French (written and spoken - mandatory).
Nice to have:

Practical experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEM, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics) or equivalent enterprise platforms.

Previous experience in forward-deployed or customer-zero roles, working closely with engineering on early-stage products.

Professional background in consulting firms, digital agencies, or Marketing Operations.

Exposure to advisory frameworks such as Success Accelerators or Ultimate Success.
