What you will do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Zallpy's full portfolio of technology services, including Software Engineering, Cloud, Data & AI, SAP, Staff Augmentation, and Consulting.
- Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation, closing, and seamless handoff to delivery teams.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients in the U.S., focusing on organizations that align with Zallpy's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Identify and qualify opportunities across Zallpy's service offerings, including:
- Custom Software Development and Engineering;
- Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, and GCP), including migration, modernization, and infrastructure;
- Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence;
- SAP Services, including implementations, integrations, AMS, and ADM;
- IT Staff Augmentation and Dedicated Technology Teams;
- Strategic Consulting, Discovery Workshops, and MVP development.
- Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and key commercial performance metrics to ensure predictable business growth.
- Partner closely with Solution Architects and technical experts to design tailored solutions that address each client's business challenges.
- Stay informed about technology market trends and proactively identify new opportunities to expand Zallpy's presence in the U.S. market.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience selling technology consulting or professional services, including software development, cloud, data & AI, SAP, or related solutions.
- Strong track record in new business development and outbound sales, preferably within the U.S. market.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and driving commercial performance.
- Ability to lead complex B2B sales processes and negotiate with mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
- An established professional network within the U.S. technology market is highly desirable.
- Advanced or fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills for client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience working for a technology consulting or custom software development company.
- Experience selling custom software projects, managed services (AMS/ADM), and IT staff augmentation solutions.
- Experience in cross-border sales or business operations between Brazil and the United States.
- Familiarity with enterprise digital transformation initiatives and consultative solution selling.
Where you will work:
- This position can be performed either in a hybrid model from one of our offices in Brazil (Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, or São Paulo) or remotely by candidates based in Texas or Alabama, United States.
