You might thrive in this role if you have:
5+ years of experience implementing and troubleshooting enterprise AV systems, including installation, commissioning, and working from technical designs; hands-on experience with Logitech, Cisco, QSYS and Google Meet conferencing hardware.
Hands-on expertise configuring, administering, and troubleshooting video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Experience working with support vendors to diagnose escalated issues, perform administrative actions outside vendor permissions, and document verified resolutions.
