About Suno

We're building the world's first creative entertainment platform, where the entire world can feel the joy and fulfilment of making music. Music is for everyone: Our users include everyone from grandmothers creating songs for their loved ones, to Grammy winners using Suno Studio, our power tool, to make the most popular hits in the world.

Building the future of entertainment requires ambition. The pace is fast, the problems are hard, and the work demands ownership and intensity. For the right people, it’s incredibly rewarding: a chance to shape a new medium, work with a small team that cares deeply about quality, make music, drink too much coffee, and build something that millions of people use to express themselves in ways that were never before possible.

Suno is the fastest growing consumer entertainment company and the leader in AI music. We are backed by leading investors including Bond Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, IVP, Forerunner, Union Square Ventures, Alkeon, Quiet, Matrix Partners, Schroders Capital and, NVentures (venture arm of NVIDIA).

About the Role

We’re looking for a Director of Editorial Content to build and lead Suno’s editorial voice—shaping the long-form storytelling that connects our platform, our artists, and our community to the world. This role owns the editorial vision across our owned channels: blog, newsletter, features, artist interviews, branded entertainment shows, and the narrative work that defines how Suno shows up in culture.

In this role, you’ll build the editorial content function from the ground up—hiring and developing a team of editors, creators, and contributors, setting the standards for craft, and partnering with brand, social, product marketing, comms, and artist relations to tell the stories only Suno can tell. You’ll define what Suno publishes, what channels, how often, and to what standard, and you’ll make editorial a strategic lever for the brand.

This is a role for someone who has led editorial at a publication, brand, and or platform and knows how to turn a point of view into a publishing engine. You love the craft of a great headline and a carefully reported feature, you obsess over voice and pacing, and you know that editorial at its best doesn’t just describe culture—it shapes it. You’re equally comfortable editing a writer’s draft, pitching a cover story, and presenting an editorial strategy to executives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Suno’s long-form editorial vision and strategy across video & audio content, blog, newsletter, features, and artist storytelling—defining what we publish, why, and how it ladders up to brand and business goals.

  • Develop the audience and content channel strategy for optimal distribution and reach and impact.

  • Build and lead the editorial content team—developing and hiring content creators, video directors, managing editors, and a network of freelance contributors; setting the bar for craft, reporting, and editing standards.

  • Establish and evolve Suno’s editorial voice, style guide, and publishing standards—ensuring every piece feels unmistakably Suno.

  • Shape and execute an editorial calendar that balances tentpole features, artist stories, cultural commentary, product narratives, and evergreen content across owned and operated channels.

  • Commission, edit, and occasionally write flagship stories—rolling up your sleeves on the pieces that matter most to the brand.

  • Partner with Brand, Social, PR, Product Marketing, and Artist Relations to turn editorial into the connective tissue across marketing surfaces—fueling campaigns, launches, and cultural moments with original reporting and narrative.

  • Develop relationships with artists, creators, cultural critics, and outside contributors to source stories and perspectives that expand what Suno can say.

  • Define and track the metrics that matter for editorial—readership, engagement, brand lift, earned amplification—and use them to sharpen the strategy over time.

  • Champion editorial integrity and quality—pushing for originality, rigor, and craft in a fast-moving environment where the temptation to ship fast is real.

What You’ll Need

  • 8–10+ years of editorial experience at a respected publication, platform, or brand—ideally with a mix of video content/branded entertainment and in-house brand editorial leadership.

  • A track record of building and leading editorial teams—hiring creators, directors and editors, developing talent, and shaping a brand's content identity over time.

  • Exceptional taste and craft. You’re a world-class editor with a strong POV on voice, structure, and headlines, and a portfolio of work that reflects it.

  • Deep understanding of music, artist culture, and the creative communities Suno serves—and a genuine curiosity about where AI is taking them.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic leader—setting vision, defending editorial standards, and aligning a publication to business and brand objectives.

  • Experience working closely with brand, marketing, social, and PR teams—comfortable making editorial a force multiplier

  • Strong editorial judgment and instinct for what makes a story resonate, both with dedicated readers and in the broader cultural conversation.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills—you can go from a blank page to a finished feature, and you can take a writer’s draft and make it sharper, tighter, and more alive.

  • Fluency with the modern editorial stack—CMS tools, analytics, SEO fundamentals, newsletter platforms—and a deep knowledge in how AI changes the editorial workflow.

  • A builder’s mindset. You’re energized by the prospect of shaping an editorial function from the ground up and playing offense for the brand.

  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Dica do Especialista

2. Spatial Design e a Computação Espacial

4. Sustentabilidade Digital e Eco-Design

Conclusão: A Evolução do Talento
