On the Finance team, we’re using AI to drive productivity, scale insight, and deliver better decision-making across 1Password. AI helps us move faster and sharpen our thinking, from summarizing context and pressure-testing assumptions to turning complex inputs into clear executive-level narratives. We bring AI into our work thoughtfully, improving repeatable workflows while staying accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and controls behind every output, creating space to focus on judgement, strategic partnership, and meaningful business outcomes.
What you can expect:
Partner with Product Analytics and Data Science team members and product partners to define questions, success metrics, and measurement plans.
Analyze product usage and telemetry data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Support data quality and telemetry validation, helping ensure product data is reliable and well understood.
What we're looking for:
Confidence: A willingness to take on new challenges, and see them through to completion.
Humility: You're not afraid to ask "stupid" questions and make mistakes (as long as you learn from them).
Curiosity: You look for better ways of doing things, even if everyone seems happy with how they are.
Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
Basic familiarity with machine learning or advanced statistical methods.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Experience with Python or R for analysis.
Familiarity with product analytics or BI tools such as Amplitude, Looker, or Hex.

If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
