About 1Password

At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.

If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.

At 1Password, our purpose is to build a safe, simpler digital future for everyone. We believe security and convenience shouldn't be in conflict — and we're proving it every day for hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of people around the world.

The Senior Campaign Manager for Global Campaigns is where that belief meets the market. This is a high-impact role at the center of 1Password's growth engine, responsible for owning integrated campaign strategy that drives new logo demand and cross-sell expansion across key areas of the business. You won't just build campaigns — you'll shape how the market understands and adopts 1Password's most important solutions.

To do it, you'll work at the intersection of storytelling and revenue, partnering closely with Solution Marketing, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Web, and Sales to turn sharp positioning into pipeline. You'll bring the right message to the right audience at the right moment — and you'll move fast to keep pace with a product portfolio that's rapidly evolving.

A key part of how you'll operate is through AI. You'll actively build and leverage AI agents and automated workflows to accelerate campaign development, sharpen audience insights, and scale execution across markets — without losing the human judgment that makes great campaigns land.

This is a role for someone who thrives in motion. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity, energized by evolving strategy, and excited by the opportunity to build campaigns that matter — in a category that's reshaping how businesses think about identity and security.

How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue impact.

  • Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives, including programs that bring new products or capabilities to market

  • Deep familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the content/messaging needed to influence them.

  • Strong understand of enterprise B2B SaaS growth metrics including ARR, pipeline generation, product adoption, retention, and expansion

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to balance experimentation, data, and strategic judgement

  • Ability to deliver clear recommendations and influence decisions across all levels of the organization

  • Experience using AI as a force-multiplier for demand generation efforts—speeding research, insights, and content iteration—while preserving brand voice and accuracy.

What success looks like:

  • Pipeline creation and sales engagement driven by marketing-led initiatives.

  • Clear, validated positioning and messaging that drives scalable growth.

  • Strong alignment between Solution Marketing, Sales, and Marketing on target customers and GTM approach.

  • Development of an always-on campaign engine that consistently delivers pipeline while enabling flexibility and testing.

  • Regularly build & run AI agents to automate the repetitive, amplify the creative, and free yourself to focus on the strategy that moves the needle.

Key responsibilities:

Growth Marketing Leadership in a Fast Paced, Test and Learn Environment

  • Own enterprise marketing sourced pipeline generation goals through campaign strategy, audience development, and programs.

  • Partner with Solution Marketing to define new logo ICP and target customers, priority use cases, and demand hypotheses.

  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and project plans, ensuring alignment and smooth, on-time delivery with clear ownership and accountability.

  • Test new campaigns, plays, and routes to market that drive meaningful impact.

  • Track and report regularly on marketing performance. Work with early indicators of traction, learn quickly, and iterate based on results.

  • Work with Solution Marketing to shape positioning, messaging frameworks, and proof points.

  • Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Design to develop and iterate on high-performing assets across all stages of the buyer journey, from awareness through closed-won.

Dica do Especialista

Qual Rota Profissional Seguir no Mercado Atual?

1. Tecnologia / Engenharia de Software

A espinha dorsal do mundo moderno.

2. UX/UI e Product Design

  • Habilidades Chave: Controladoria, modelagem financeira, compliance, FP&A (Planejamento e Análise Financeira).

7. Dados (Data Science e BI)

A prática revela a verdadeira vocação.
