AI is unleashing the biggest wave of company creation in history. Clay's mission is to be the engine those companies use to grow to their full potential.
Clay predicts the next best action for your business and then helps you take it. We started by aggregating the best data for B2B companies. Then, we built the infrastructure to run any personalized campaign on top of it, including emails, ads, landing pages, and workflows that make reps more productive. Now, we're building agents that can help grow your company for you. We're already helping thousands of customers — including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Visa — go to market with unique data, signals, and AI research.
In 2026, we raised a $115M Series D at $7.1B Valuation led by Wellington — and are on track to cross $200M in revenue this quarter. We also launched a $1M Scholarship fund for GTME Education.

Growth Strategist, Key @ Clay
We’re building a new Key Accounts team within Clay’s Strategic GS segment. It’s a senior team dedicated to Clay’s largest and highest-potential customers.
You’ll be a strategic partner to a small number of the world’s most influential companies, including Fortune 500 enterprises and leading AI companies. You’ll help their revenue operations and marketing leaders change how they go to market with Clay. As a founding member, you’ll also help define how this segment engages, retains, and grows Clay’s most important relationships.
What You’ll Do
Own a focused portfolio. Be the senior owner of a handful of strategic accounts, and the person who knows each one best.
Lead GTM transformation. Set a multi-year vision with executive teams, define the jobs to be done, and drive adoption across business units, regions, and functions.
Build C-suite relationships. Be a trusted advisor to CROs, CMOs, and other executives, and keep Clay central to their GTM strategy.
Deliver value in P&L terms. Define success metrics with leadership, measure them through data, surveys, and interviews, and present the business impact in executive business reviews.
Quarterback the account team. Coordinate Sales, Solutions, Support, Product, and Engineering to run complex programs, handle escalations, and manage risk.
Own renewals, co-own growth. Partner with Sales to anticipate needs, deepen use cases, and expand into new teams through cross-sell and upsell.
Shape the product. Represent Clay’s most influential customers internally and directly influence the roadmap.
What You'll Bring
Experience: 8–10+ years in strategic account management, customer success, or transformation consulting with Fortune 500 or similarly complex global organizations.
Transformation track record: You’ve built C-suite relationships and led large-scale technology adoption or change programs.
Commercial results: You’ve owned renewals and consistently hit iARR and GRR targets.
Strategic thinking: You set a vision, build frameworks, and turn product capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Executive presence: You stay calm presenting to senior leaders, in high-stakes situations, and in conflict.
Cross-functional leadership: You lead without formal authority, both inside Clay and inside the customer’s organization.
Technical curiosity: You want to understand the product deeply enough to connect what’s possible with what the customer needs.
Builder mentality: You’re energized by shaping a new team’s operating model from the ground up.
Nice to have: A background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
