**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**
Syndigo is seeking a strategic, collaborative Senior Partner Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of our partner ecosystem.
Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, this role will serve as the marketing lead for Syndigo's strategic technology, cloud, consulting, systems integrator, and channel partners. You will work closely with Partner & Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, Events, and Enablement to strengthen partner relationships, develop joint go-to-market programs, and increase partner-driven pipeline.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. You'll help partners understand, position, market, and sell Syndigo solutions while creating scalable programs that drive measurable business impact.
HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Develop and execute partner marketing strategies that support Syndigo's strategic business objectives and partner ecosystem.
- Build trusted relationships with partner marketing organizations and serve as Syndigo's primary marketing point of contact.
- Identify new opportunities to increase partner engagement, joint selling, and co-marketing activities.
- Support the launch of new partnerships through coordinated marketing and go-to-market plans.
- Plan and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, including webinars, eBooks, white papers, customer stories, digital campaigns, executive events, and industry sponsorships, as well as the content associated with those programs.
- Develop partner-specific solution messaging, value propositions, sales plays, and co-branded positioning that clearly articulate the combined value of Syndigo and our strategic partners.
- Develop scalable partner marketing playbooks and repeatable campaign frameworks.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver onboarding and training programs that improve partner readiness and sales effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of Syndigo messaging and value propositions across partner organizations.
- Help manage Syndigo's Market Development Fund (MDF) program in partnership with the Alliances organization.
- Collaborate with partners to develop effective co-marketing plans utilizing MDF investments.
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Partner Marketing
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner organizations.
- Deep understanding of supporting strategic technology alliances, cloud providers, systems integrators, consulting partners, or channel partners.
- Track record of managing Market Development Funds (MDF) or partner co-marketing programs.
