**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**
We’re seeking a Solutions Consultant who thrives at the intersection of strategy and storytelling — someone who can guide clients through their challenges while showcasing how our solutions can transform their business.
This hybrid role combines the insight of a business consultant with the functional delivery skills of a pre-sales engineer. You’ll drive compelling discovery conversations, deliver value-centric demos, and bring clarity to complex problems through engaging narratives.
You’ll work with clients across verticals to demonstrate the power of Syndigo’s platform — including PIM, MDM, DAM, Syndication, and more — while influencing buying decisions with insight, empathy, and innovation.
HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Lead Discovery & Strategy Sessions
Uncover client pain points, goals, and operational challenges; frame our solutions in terms of measurable business outcomes. - Deliver Powerful Demonstrations
Tailor and deliver engaging product demos that translate functionality into compelling business stories and outcomes. - Drive ROI Conversations & Business Case Development
Lead collaborative ROI workshops with prospects. Build compelling business cases, co-develop evaluation frameworks, and facilitate structured playback sessions for executive stakeholders. - Connect the Dots Between Pain and Value
Quantify the cost of inaction and define success metrics aligned to each client’s challenges and priorities. - Be a Voice of Expertise
Contribute to whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership that showcase our unique value proposition. - Own the Demo Environment
Build and maintain demo assets and environments that reflect real-world use cases and vertical needs. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine messaging and align on customer needs. - Innovate with Impact
Use APIs, SDKs, and creative problem-solving to shape tailored solutions that address prospect use cases.
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU
- 7–10 years in a pre-sales, business consulting, or solution consulting role (ideally within SaaS or data-driven platforms)
- Expertise in PIM, MDM, DAM, Syndication, Digital Shelf, or Product Experience Management
Demonstrated ability to lead ROI discussions, investigate customer pain points, and deliver clear, value-based metrics that support stakeholder decision-making and deal progression. - Experience co-creating business cases and evaluation frameworks that resonate with both operational and executive audiences.
- Ability to influence strategic direction by linking platform capabilities to tangible business outcomes and priorities
- Polished, persuasive communicator — comfortable with technical deep-dives and C-level business narratives, including structured playback sessions
- Passion for tailoring solutions using product capabilities, APIs, integrations, and forward-thinking architecture
