**This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days/week in our Joinville office**
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving new business opportunities by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build a strong pipeline and create meaningful connections with potential clients across the B2B market.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
- Review, validate, and enrich lead databases through research on specialized platforms, as well as via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information provided to the sales team.
- Contact potential clients by phone to present the company’s products and services, identify business opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for Business Managers.
- Execute lead qualification activities—covering both outbound and inbound channels within the B2B market—by assessing business potential and alignment with the ideal customer profile.
- Identify and understand client needs, gathering relevant information to support the development of appropriate solutions. Support Marketing and Sales teams in activities related to demand generation, prospecting, and the development of business opportunities.
- Participate in events, external meetings, and business trips as needed, representing the company and contributing to new business generation.

- High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Desirable: English proficiency desirable.
