You'll build a repeatable partner motion that strengthens enablement, campaign execution, and CRM discipline, turning partner activity into measurable pipeline and revenue contribution.
This is a hands-on execution role with a higher-leverage bar: improve how partner campaigns, training, and reporting operate, not just run the existing playbook.
What You'll Own
- Implement and follow up on partner activation plans, training, and enablement across NetSuite and SAP B1 partners.
- Set up and manage HubSpot campaigns, segmentation, lead routing, and partner data hygiene.
- Maintain long-term partner relationships through structured business reviews, escalation management, and consistent communication.
- Represent the company at ERP industry events and partner gatherings.
- Identify recurring channel workflows (reporting, follow-up, documentation) that can be improved with AI-assisted tools or automation.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align campaigns and handoffs, and recommend optimizations based on partner feedback and CRM data.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in channel management, strategic alliances, partner management, or B2B sales/partner marketing.
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or SAP Business One (implementation, sales, partner programs, or VAR ecosystems).
- Experience running campaigns and managing leads in HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Clear communication in English and Spanish.
- Ownership mindset and comfort with shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Genuine curiosity about using AI and automation to improve partner execution and scalability.
Tools
Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, HubSpot (advanced), CRM management, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
What Success Looks Like
- Stronger, more consistent partner execution across NetSuite and SAP B1 ecosystems.
- Partner-sourced pipeline and campaign conversion improve over time.
- HubSpot data and reporting are clean and repeatable.
- Manual partner operations decrease through better workflows and automation.
- Leadership has clear visibility into partner performance and channel risks.
What We Offer
- 💵 Competitive base salary + commissions
- 📈 Stock options / equity participation.
- ✅ Benefits package above Mexican statutory requirements.
- 🏥 Major Medical Health Insurance.
- 💻 Company provided equipment and tools.
- 🌎 Opportunity for advancement and growth in a rapidly expanding team.
- 👨🏻🏫 Mentorship, learning, and education programs.
- 💪🏻 Smart, high-achieving, motivated team that likes to have fun.
- 🎯 Mission-driven culture, where your work matters.
