Reed & Mackay Sweden
Reed & Mackay Sweden, formerly Resia, became part of the Reed & Mackay family in 2023. We provide services in Business Travel, Meetings & Events, and Congress Management, both nationally and internationally.
Our headquarters are located in Gothenburg, and we operate from offices in Sundsvall, Stockholm, Örebro, and Uppsala.
About the Role
As Project Manager – Events, you will sell, plan, and deliver group travel, conferences, and incentive trips from initial client brief to final execution. You'll create tailored solutions, manage project budgets and logistics, and ensure exceptional client experiences while maintaining profitability.
Working closely with clients, suppliers, and colleagues, you'll build strong relationships and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused team. As we continue to develop new systems and ways of working, we're looking for someone who embraces change, enjoys technology, and values a high-tech, high-touch approach.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in sales and project management of group travel, conferences, and incentive programmes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen, including budgeting, costing, proposals, and profitability tracking.
- Experience using project management and business systems, including Qondor.
- Adaptability and confidence working in a changing environment.
- Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Experience with Amadeus is essential.
