You'll be part of our growing Growth team and report to the Sr. Director of Acquisition. You'll own relationship management across affiliates and influencers/creators—with real influence over how we acquire customers through partners at efficient CAC.
This is an individual contributor role with real scope and huge impact: you'll build and scale a performance-oriented affiliate and influencer engine, manage partner relationships and economics, and grow a pipeline of publishers and creators who clear the same bar as paid media. You'll partner closely with our paid social team scale what works in-platform.
We're looking for someone who gets energy from recruiting and activating high-performing partners, and knows how to turn a test-and-learn process into a repeatable engine for growth
This position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be on-site in our New York office at least three days per week to work with stakeholders and foster team collaboration.
What you'll do:
Own affiliate relationship management
- Develop and own strategy and execution for the affiliate channel, with a focus on efficient new customer acquisition
- Recruit, activate, and manage relationships across affiliates and performance-oriented influencers/creators
- Build and manage a testing roadmap across partners, offers, tracking setups, and creator formats
Drive partner economics and quality
- Own offer structures, payouts, tracking, and partner-level performance management
- Monitor quality, fraud, and brand risk; optimize toward partners and creators who drive efficient, durable customer acquisition
Analyze and iterate
- Analyze affiliate and influencer performance to identify what's working and why
- Turn learnings into new hypotheses on partner mix, creative briefs, offers, and destinations
- Report on partnership performance and share insights with the broader acquisition and marketing teams
Partner cross-functionally
- Collaborate tightly with Growth Manager, Paid Social and the Performance Creative Strategist on briefs, message match, destination needs, and paid amplification of winning partners
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Brand, and Finance on contracts, disclosures, and partner operations in a regulated environment
- Provide partnership input on campaign planning and channel expansion
What we're looking for:
Your success will be measured by performance metrics like CAC, payback, and new customer acquisition. You understand that great affiliate growth sits at the intersection of relationship management, offer economics, and rigorous measurement, and you're energized by the process of testing your way to what works. You can name specific partners you've scaled and know their unit economics.
- 2-5 years experience managing affiliate programs with a track record tied to performance metrics
- At least one role in Growth at a startup
- Strong relationship management skills—able to recruit, activate, and manage many concurrent partner and creator relationships
- Strong project management skills and ability to tightly manage dozens of partners at the same time
- Comfort owning partner economics—payouts, tracking, quality/fraud considerations, and partner-level optimization
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable using performance data to decide who to scale, cut, or test next
- Bias for speed and ownership; experience operating with AI tools or automation to increase leverage is a plus
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear briefs and partner effectively across Growth, Creative, Legal, and Brand
- Hands-on experience managing contracts and tiering in Impact
Gold Stars
- Experience managing both affiliate publishers and performance influencers in the same role
- Familiarity with fintech, consumer finance, or another regulated industry
- Experience with affiliate platforms, creator marketplaces, or partnership ops tooling
- A curiosity and familiarity with AI tools that can help streamline and improve processes
